If your organization has its own website and domain, you can get access to email with the same domain.  (If you do not have your own domain, we can help you secure that too.)  This provides you with an increased level of professionalism for outside communication.  For non-profit organizations this can be set up for little to no cost for the service, thanks to generosity by major email providers serving non-profits.

The process is straight forward; all it takes is a completed application and proof of non-profit status and you can be set up within a week or less (in many cases).  Some of these services also provide access to an online suite of applications, including a word processor, spreadsheet, presentation app and more.

If your organization is not a non-profit, you can still leverage branded e-mail and access to an online suite of applications.  The benefit if you are not a non-profit is there is no delay and you can be set up within a day or less.
